This trip was very last second ( I think the plane ticket a week before). I had an exam in one of my classes the day I was flying out after getting permission to take it later, and I was OFF. I landed in Denver, and then we went hiking near Boulder. Colorado. This trip was so swell to spend time with my family and explore each day.

My little brother and I planned to go skiing during this trip, but the weather was INTSANLY warm soo we didn't get to go ( but honestly, I was so thankful for the great weather). So we explored the city of Boulder ( which is one of my favorite towns near Denver); I did a photoshoot at the park here also. The next day we headed to the National Park, which wasn't busy at ALL, so that was amazing. Side note: go to National Parks during the offseason its the best.

In the National Park, he hiked to 3 different lakes, and I guess I just didn't think how icy the trails were going to be because it was SO WARM in Denver- but oh gosh, was the weather different. The trails were SO ICY, and we had no crampons, so we were all sliding around.
